The reservation can be done through our online system, by mail, telephone or fax. No deposits or open credit cards are taken.
Yes, you can modify your reservation, but please inform us as soon as possible to adjust the schedule.
You can pay for your reservation by card or cash during the pickup of your car.
For the confirmation of every reservation you will be informed through an email sent by a representative of our company after the reservation has been sent.
Yes, of course, but personal information regarding the driver must be included in the reservation form.
Yes, it’s possible to modify your reservation at any time.
Rental Policies
You can modify or cancel your reservation by sending an email at myenjoyride@gmail.com or calling at +30 698 096 5307 at least 48 hours before. No cancellation fees will be applied.
If available, you may extend your rental period beyond the original booking.
If you return the car later than 30 minutes, there will be a charge of ¼ of the day.
Unfortunately, no refund can be given if you return the car earlier than agreed.
If your flight has been delayed our staff will wait for you at the airport, whatever time with no extra cost.
You can rent a car if you are over 21 years old for groups A, B, C and at least 25 years old for other groups of cars. Moreover we have an additional insurance for drivers 19 – 21 years old.
No, an International Driver’s License is not required to rent and drive a car in Corfu.
Upon arrival, please provide a valid driver’s license and ID/passport.
No, there are no mileage limits, so you can drive as far as you need.
Yes, the minimum rental period is at least 1 day for all bookings.
Insurance
Yes you can. We have option Full insurance ( Super Collision Damage Waiver) with zero excess age group 21-75
No, you don’t need to have insurance to rent a car. Though it is strongly recommended to get Full Insurance so that you can enjoy your vacations carefree.
First you will contact us at the phone number that it will be given to you by our representative the day of the pick up, then the police will come shortly at the place of the accident in order you to complete the accident report & all the services needed.
Yes, you can choose “Full Insurance” during the booking process, which includes S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver) and F.T.W (Fire & Theft Protection). The cost of this coverage depends on the car group selected. Otherwise, there is an excess for these car parts, and the cost varies based on the car group.
Car Pickup
If you want to pick up or drop off your car after hours, there will be an additional charge of 30-40 Euros.
We deliver and pick up at all locations listed on the booking platform
If your flight or boat is delayed, there will be no extra charges. Our colleague will communicate with you via WhatsApp during your trip to let us know when you’ll arrive.
Info
All cars comes with petrol, however you must return the car the same amount of petrol as you hired it with. If it is less petrol you will incur a small fee.
Before you start driving always check the fuel warning light, especially if you do not know how far the next gas station is located. In case of breakdown call at +30 698 096 5307. (24 hours roadside assistance)
The amount of luggage that can fit in your car depends on the car group selected and the size of your luggage.
You’ll receive an email with all the details of your car reservation. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
At the day of your arrival a representative of our company will be waiting for you in front of the international / national arrivals hall, holding a placard bearing our brand name or in front of the reception at your accommodation. You will receive all of these details, after you have sent the e-mail of the confirmation of the reservation, by our representative within 24 hours.
You are not allowed to take car rentals on a ferry without a written permission of our company (contract). Moreover, road assistance services concerning the mainland of Greece must be added in your insurance package. For taking the car to mainland Greece we have optional fee at extras around (80 – 100) EUR.
Our business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
